Josephine Wins

I give up! I can't do it. This chart is so bad that I am not able to overcome it. I have ripped my Josephine for the last time and will not be trying again. I have decided on a different sweater jacket from Knit Simple. This one is called Miss Scarlet, but I prefer Vivian.

I have to double the yarn so I will be a little short, but in the long run I would rather order more yarn than ever look at the Josephine pattern again.

Cast on again!! maybe AGAIN!

Well I started again and did 1 repeat. I htink one of the cables is going the wrong way though. I'm using cascade it's very soft but dont' a very dense fabric kinda thinner then I expected. I may have to break down and purchase more yarn... YUK!! Or maybe rip again and go with a smaller needle like size 8 who knows then I have to redo all the math... errrr I've never had som uch trouble with a pattern before.. maybe I need to concentrate more

Another Josephine complete

Watching Big Fish was just the push I needed to finish my Josephine... and I am in love with this sweater. Like many of you , I used KnitPicks Sierra, and I did and XL size, but used 10 1/2 needles so I would have a tighter guage. I'm so pleased with this knit...even though it was a bit challanging at first with the chart mix-up. Check her out on my blog

So tired! FRUSTRATED!

I finally decided to go with the natural color Casecade Eco wool! Have 2 skeins and the woman is holding another 2 for me in case I need them. I've casted on a couple times then frogged not getting any where so tired of screwing up the rows and once I get cableing they don't match up! Is it me ro what????? Maybe I just need mroe quiet time to start this and full concentration without any distractions! I know it's not difficult!! Whats wrong with me??
